Our menu's emphasis is on seasonal and local produce, with dishes inspired by herbs grown in the Green Lawns Hotel's own Herb Garden. We delight in using local, seasonal ingredients - sourced from surrounding waters and land. We commend ourselves on our suppliers being traditional farmers and growers from the Falmouth and Helford areas, giving providence to many of our ingredients.

Our head Chef Mark Hunking and his team have an unrivalled passion and enthusiasm that radiates through in the dishes they create. Each menu reflects the seasons and is changed periodically to incorporate this. You can travel around the world with our extensive wine list to complement any dish but don't forget to arrive early where you can unwind with pre-dinner drinks in our tranquil lounge or outside on the decking over-looking beautiful gardens.
